China stock market continues to fall

The Shanghai Composite Index stock market continued its freefall on Wednesday, Aug. 19, as the Chinese market seemed on the verge of sliding into a bear market, according to businessweek.com.

What is going on with the Chinese stock market? The Shanghai Composite Index has fallen nearly 20 percent since early August and there appears to be no end in sight.

According to Business Week, investors are worried if the easy credit supply offered by the Chinese government earlier this year will continue or not.
